We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted before storage. Access to screening data is restricted to authorized users through row-level security policies.

We share applicant information only with our screening partners (RentPrep, TransUnion, TazWorks) to fulfill screening requests. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Retention
Screening reports and applicant data are retained for the period required by FCRA regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@screenai.us.
